Steven Arnold
President & Founder
Steve founded Think Green in 2010 from his family dining room table with a simple but powerful mission: bring customer-focused service back to an industry dominated by corporate profit pressures. After years in corporate lawn care running some of the largest, most profitable branches in the country, he grew frustrated with a model that sacrificed customer satisfaction for the bottom line.
With their children grown, Steve and his wife Tricia enjoy traveling the world together. They are avid outdoors lovers and enthusiastic hunters, and every fall you'll find them cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Jim Segers
Chief Operating Officer
With more than 25 years in the lawn care industry, Jim brings a uniquely comprehensive background to Think Green. Starting as a sales representative, he has held nearly every position in the industry—including technician, service manager, sales manager, branch manager, and general manager—leading some of the largest and highest-performing locations in the country.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his four children and his wife, Trish. Together, they love traveling and exploring America's national parks.
John Segers
Director of Agronomics
John has spent his entire adult life in the lawn care industry and brings unmatched passion and expertise to Think Green's agronomic programs. Starting his career right out of school, he worked through the ranks and developed a reputation for exceptional turf knowledge and program design. His focus on soil science, turf health, and treatment optimization ensures industry-leading results.
A lifelong learner, John spends much of his free time reading, researching, and educating himself—especially on new agronomic advancements. He also enjoys exploring and hiking with his wife.
Terry Weaver
Franchise Field Support
Terry brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the lawn care industry. Beginning as a lawn technician and working his way through leadership roles overseeing large-scale operations, he has built a career rooted in practical knowledge, operational excellence, and dedication to customer service. He joined Think Green in 2011 and helped launch our second location from the ground up.
When he's not supporting franchise owners, Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son-in-law, and his beloved Labrador, Max. He's an avid pickleball player and loves cheering on his Kentucky Wildcats.

Steve's entire family has contributed to building the company over the years. His son Grant is now a key member of the management team, and the family culture remains at the heart of everything Think Green does. Jim's wife and brother are also key members of the Think Green leadership team, reinforcing the family-based foundation the company was built on.
